Cruise in comfort knowing that your Arc One is covered by our warranty. You will have direct access to our team of engineers and technicians should your Arc One need service.

Included with purchase, starting from the date of delivery, you’ll receive:

• A five-year warranty on the batteries of your boat, including unlimited hours of runtime with a minimum 70% retention of battery capacity over the warranty period
• A five-year warranty on all other parts of your boat, from interiors to electronics

Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship that impede usage of the boat during the warranty period. We will repair or replace any parts that we find to be defective. Because the Arc One is handcrafted, minor defects and variances between boats are to be expected. This warranty does not cover repairs related to normal wear and tear.

The following sections describe additional details and limitations of the warranty.

Reasonable Time for Repair

Customer service and satisfaction ranks high priority for our team. However, extenuating circumstances, such as supply chain constraints, may cause delay in our time to service or repair your Arc One. Please allow Arc Boat Company reasonable time for completion or repairs and/or service.

Warranty Periods

The warranty periods commence on the date of delivery, specified in the Purchase Agreement. The warranties expire five years after the delivery date.

Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is the only express warranty made in connection with your Arc One. All other implied or express warranties, including any statutory warranty rights following from local laws, or other conditions are hereby disclaimed.

Warranty Exceptions

Our warranties do not cover:

• Regular maintenance of the boat or its components
• Damage to the boat or its components resulting from owner use, lack of or improper maintenance, negligence, or collision
• Modifications or repairs made to the boat by a third party
• Boats that have been resold
• Corrosion or paint defects
• Theft or vandalism
• Natural Disasters or other Acts of God
• Damage to the boat resulting from usage in large waves or open ocean conditions
• Damage to the boat from overloading it

Procedure for Enacting Warranty

In the event that you believe your Arc One has a defect covered by warranty, you must notify Arc Boat Company by email within thirty (30) days of the discovery of any claimed defect. Failure to do so may result in any warranty obligations being voided.

Arc Boat Company reserves the right to require further evaluation and/or information regarding a warranty claim prior to the boat’s repair, as well as to designate the place of repair.
